Disaster Shopping List: Week 6

We have hit the halfway mark in your Preparedness Shopping List Challenge! This week is pretty cheap and simple with only 3 basic items on your list. They include:

Hydrogen Peroxide (From being a cleaner to stopping bleeding, there are many rumored uses for this product. You may want to check out the Truth or Fiction website to evaluate the "proof" of some of the claims)
Deodorant
Shampoo

You'd be surprised at how stress-relieving it can be to have the basics of personal hygiene cared for in times of crisis. Having extras of these items on hand can help you focus on other key issues when times are tough.
