DAY 24: Be MacGyver

Emergency Managers like the old TV show, MacGyver, an action-adventure show that aired in the mid-80's.

The skill that MacGyver illustrates in every show is one of incredible resourcefulness.  He would make something creative out of a set of everyday household items to escape, help someone else or take down the "bad guys."

Being resourceful is a skill that will be useful in an emergency situation.

DAY 24 ACTIVITY:  Today, we want you to tell us either in word or picture about your best MacGyver idea that could be put into practice during an emergency.  What could you make or what creative solution might you have available in an emergency?

PROOF:  You will earn +1 point for telling us about a creative MacGyver solution and +3 points for a picture of actually making something creative!

BTW, maybe part of the facebook mystery is found in this post: In the paragraph where you tell where to post answers, and you mention the Facebook Fan Page, for some reason in this post only, there is no hyperlink to get to it - the text is not underlined and linked. Just plain text.
