This is an emergency
message from CRESA 911 and Vancouver Police Department The Vancouver Police are asking for assistance in locating a missing
person. James Cressy was last seen around noon today. He is
67 years old and riding a large 3-wheeled, red scooter. He has greyish,
black longer hair, a baseball cap, brown coat, blue sweat pants, and white
shoes. He was expected to be travelling in the area of Esther Short
Park. If you have seen James or have any information on his possible
whereabouts please call 911 immediately. Thank you.
