NOW Participates in 9/22 Day of Service

The Vancouver Police Department is proud to announce that its Neighbors On Watch (NOW) volunteers will “saturate the city” this Saturday, September 22 as participants in Clark County Connects Day of Service. At least 34 trained NOW volunteers will be on “patrol,” looking for and reporting any suspicious or criminal behavior to the police department.

They are very distinguishable in their maroon shirts and safety "Police Volunteers" vests.  Give these hard working volunteers a "friendly wave" when you see them out on Saturday.

NOW is a highly visible, non-confrontational, crime prevention and detection program. For more information on the VPD NOW program, contact Kelly Cheney at (360) 487-7467.

Clark County Connects is an affiliation of non-profit and service-oriented organizations formed to sponsor an annual Day of Service throughout Clark County.
