CERT Classes starting Febuary 10, 26 and April 8

Three local fire districts are offering Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) classes this winter and spring.

CERT training is a 20+ hour curriculum consisting of Disaster Preparedness, Disaster Fire Suppression, Disaster Medical Operations, Light Urban Search & Rescue, Disaster Psychology, Terrorism Awareness and a final Disaster Drill.

Vancouver Fire classes start February 10 on Thursday evenings, Fire District 6 offers Saturday classes starting February 26 and East County Fire & Rescue have classes on Friday evenings/Saturdays starting April 8. Please see the attached flyer for more information on how to sign up for these CERT classes.
