Mount St. Helens Institute for the Mount St. Helens Ecology Film premier. Created over 4 years by Austrian filmmaker, Jorge Daniel Hissen, the film chronicles the ecological recovery at Mount St. Helens in the 30 years since the 1980 eruption. This beautiful film offers close up views of the animals and plants that call Mount St. Helens home and also introduces you to the scientists who have made the study of this area their life’s work.
