First Frost Advisory of the Fall

The National Weather Service has issued its first frost advisory of this autumn season.  It runs from 3:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday and from 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday of this week.

While this isn't an "emergency," it may be important to move or cover your sensitive plants so that they are not harmed by the anticipated cold temperatures that will range from the low to upper 30's throughout Clark County.

As the colder temperatures arrive, it is also important to ensure that we all dress appropriately for the cooler air.  As kids run outside for their morning bus stop or as you head out for your daily walk, grab your gloves, hat and jacket to be prepared for this new season.
