In Washington State, the Department of Health has been regularly updating their website at http://www.doh.wa.gov/Topics/japan2011.htm.  They have been updating their Frequently Asked Questions page with very specific information and provide links to the RadNet monitoring page.

In Oregon State, residents may contact the Oregon Public Health Department at 1-877-290-6767.  They have been updating their website regarding the situation in Japan at: http://public.health.oregon.gov/Preparedness/CurrentHazards/Pages/index.aspx
