NWS issued small stream and urban flooding warning

At 0602 this morning the NWS issued a small stream and urban flooding warning for Clark County through 8:45 a.m. Monday. Small streams may rise rapidly and standing water may be on roadways. Due to the high saturation of water is a small time frame, the possibility of landslides and debris flow are likely. Be alert and very cautious.
