High Wind Warning

AT 8:24 p.m. tonight, the National Weather Service issued a High Wind Warning for Clark County, especially Vancouver, and the western Columbia River Gorge (Camas-Washougal). Expect sustained winds of 25 -35 mph expected with gusts up to 50-60. Within the gorge gusts may reach up to 75 mph. These conditions are expected to remain until Sunday 12 noon.

A Wind Advisory will be in effect until midnight on Monday night.

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 MPH or gusts of 58+ MPH and can lead to property damage.
